I almost declared today a Coffee Day! A Coffee Day is where I put on my access passes (chains) and head downstairs into the bracing chill to locate a cup of freshly brewed deliciousness.
It’s a Coffee Day (caps intended) because it’s a conscious choice to celebrate fresh air and coffee and the fact I can buy myself a coffee!
Buying a coffee at work is sometimes one of my favourite things, and it’s rooted in my emotions. I feel successful buying a coffee in my work clothes with all the other work people here. It’s what success is supposed to look like, right?
I know it’s time for me to start redefining the next image of what success means to me, but this image is kind of warm and cosy and comfortable. In later posts I’ll start looking at success, what is it and what does it feel like later.
Right now, I went with a coffee bag instead. I’ll save the celebration for another day.
