Does any one here meditate?
I’ve had some powerful experiences when meditating. There’s a couple of ways of meditating – the way I learnt a very long time ago was to essentially seek the absence of desire. Now the in thing seems to be being mindful of your self/surroundings/moment/essense.
You can also use meditation as a way to commune with the Universe, or your subconscious. Subliminal voice tracks, guided meditation, or silence can do different things for different people.
