I’m balancing so hard right now!
I’m excited about Swancon being nine days away! I’m terrified that Swancon is only nine days away!
My excited tension creeps into stress tension a little too easily. But I’m working hard to manage this, and even sought external help
I had a remedial massage yesterday and oh man I’m paying for it today hahaha! But I felt so much more clear headed afterwards, when all day I had felt muzzy and yuck and couldn’t focus. By the time she was finished taking to me with a meat tenderiser (her hands) I could feel the energy following through me again.
I’m trying all sorts of things to stay in top of this because I’m curious as to what my coping mechanisms are and I want to do big things in future too.
How do you handle this much stress or tension? What secrets can you give me? 😃
