Ethiopian for dinner

Kids are away, the parents will play…

Yum! Can’t wait. I’m sitting around playing with colour because the wall behind me is a HUGE gorgeous print, and I was wondering about back drops for videos.

To be honest I think today I’m just wearing to much colour to be able to judge my own background!

Ethiopian food so so delicious, and it comes on a giant platter covered with injera, which is a type of tangy pancake.

We have a Tamarind drink and a mango and elderflower drink.
